WiseBidder is a SaaS platform designed to help government contractors:
- Search and discover government contract opportunities from SAM.gov
- Analyze RFP documents using AI-powered compliance extraction
- Track opportunities through a pipeline management system
- Generate proposal outlines and analyze proposal compliance
- Collaborate with team members on pursuit activities
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using WiseBidder, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Subscription and Payment
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Free Tier
The free tier includes limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of services will meet your expectations
- Any errors in the platform will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISEBIDDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
The WiseBidder platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by WiseBidder and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze it to provide our services.
AI-Generated Content
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided for assistance only
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs
- AI outputs should not be used as sole basis for business decisions
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis
- You must ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiseBidder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Washington, DC.
